Problem with MCR/Eprize

Yesterday morning I won the pair of tickets to Six Flags. After receiving the congratulations email with 2 unique codes, I attempted to redeem them. One of them worked, one didn't. I emailed eprize with the problem and they said to call an 800 number for Six Flags tech support. I called them and was told that one of the codes had already been redeemed weeks ago! So...now I email eprize again and will attempt to get to the bottom of it. It appears that although I won the IW legitimately, someone used an illegitimate method to bootleg a code OR eprize made a mistake.
