Paw it Forward promo..supposed to receive 2 $5 coupons..both mine and mom's envelopes came today and we each only had one coupon..I thought it was just me till I called her and she said same for her.I did post on their FB wall as well as email them...hopefully they will resend.Any one else??
 
Yes same here, today the one envelope from Purina arrived that we won, only one coupon instead of two,we're not emailing them, but I hope they know somehow they sent just one coupon.

it's happened to everyone I think..they want you to DM them but you'd think they would just resend all they already sent out..the more they know this happened the better chances of them resolving it in mass instead of every reply.
 
Me too - only one in envelope that came yesterday (Monday). So we all got it yesterday and all got only one coupon. So you think we should all e-mail them?? Does anybody have a phone number for them?? They'd probably take care of it faster if their phones were all ringing off the hook!
 
I'm just hoping as they realize their mistake that they just resend out en mass so that every single person doesn't have to contact them!! I have a few family members that won also, and they probably only got one coupon as well.

Received a response from purina. They are aware of the situation and are sending out the other $5.00 coupon within a week. They said the prizes were sent out through a prize fulfillment center and cannot figure out why only one coupon was sent out to the winners but they are in the process of correcting the mistake.
 
Sweet! I just got both my $5 coupons today... I had given up on those. Maybe they delayed mailings when they figured out only 1 coupon was being sent out?
