Question or Topic- Magazine Contests

Magazine contests/giveaways/sweeps sort of fascinate me! I have to ask- and maybe it has been asked before....but has anyone here won a magazine sweep....the big $$$ amounts OR just the trips or smaller items from any magazines..."daily prize"....Chocolate Sweepstakes & Giveaways...pet clothes....anything from a magazine sweeps? Just wonderin'!
 
I've won 3 or 4 from Lucky.... just a couple weeks ago I got a winning email for a book from Woman's Day that was one of their dailies, and I had a surprise win show up from realbeauty.com which makes me dodge a Marie Claire subscription every time I enter, so I'd consider that a magazine win too.

:sunny: I have won many prizes from magazine sweeps over the years. I have not however ever won one of the larger prizes of thousands of dollars. That doesn't keep me from entering them. I just figure someone has to win and someday it will be me!! :cheers:

:sunny: I guess you are right....if you win the smaller ones, someone must be winning the large ones too! Let's hope it's US! :crazytongue: :laughing: :cheers:
 
won a sony laptop computer from Oprah magazine giveaway. Been acouple years ago. nothing since. Good luck
 
I've won 6 in the last year from a couple different magazines. Nothing big (mostly hair care & makeup) but I've enjoyed/used each one. I think 3 or 4 came from Lucky. Good luck!

That really is a lot....6 in a year. I would enjoy beauty and makeup products! I enter for those all the time. :)
 
I have won a few magazine sweeps over the years. With the really well publicized sweeps like these, there are a ton of entrants. Keep entering, because you never know when you might strike it lucky, but remember that lots of other people entering to win too.

I know that is good advice. Thanks! The other day, I looked at how many people along with entering were voting on something....and the number was like 25,000 and it was only like 10 a.m. for that day! LOL
