Questions about RoboForm

I'm getting a 30 day free-trial of RoboForm. When the 30 days is up how much will it cost to get RoboForm? Is it a one-time fee or is it a yearly fee? Also, when I use Roboform it fills in all of my info except for my phone no. Is this normal or did I do something wrong? Thanks for any help you can give me. :sunny:

One time fee ... of course they will try to hit ya up for newer versions each year. (My version is 5 years old and works fine).

The way I've always known is that after the 30 days it reverts to a limited usage version where you can only save 20 or 30 passcards.

I currently have over 100 passcards on mine so I consider the paid version to be a bargain!

(I'm sure "some" folks here have 3 or 4 thousand passcards!!! but I'm not that "dedicated" or crazy LOL)

PS: either you did something wrong or it is just the simple fact that it doesn't fill in each page the same ... but I'm not looking over your shoulder so its hard to tell :)

Roboform is worth the money if you are going to sweep! I am the 'crazy' that Loren Brothers is talking about that has alot of passwords ~lol!

I will let lidarkside tell you how to go back into roboform and check your info because I have forgotten, but if you did put your phone number in then the page won't let roboform automatically put in your phone number...it is just one of the things that you can't control. I have never understood it, but that is the way it happens sometimes.

There are two threads stickied at the top of this section with information on using Roboform Pro (paid version). If you are doing any serious sweeping, the free version won't do; you'll need the paid version. The paid version has unlimited passcards and better features. However, I can get you the form to fill out for a discount. I think I even have it posted in one of the Roboform threads. The full-version price is $30.00. It's a one-time price, and you don't ever pay for current upgrades; and you need to keep it updated for the newest features and upgrades. Currently, I have around 1,000 passcards saved to it. If you learn how to use Roboform Pro properly and have high-speed internet, it's a breeze to blow through your sweeps each day.

You need to go into your profile and add in your telephone information. If it's not showing up, it's not in there.

I has the same problem when I started...I fill in my phone number now on all three phone number lines and that way it's bound to use one of them!
