OFFICIAL RULES[/h] NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Christmas in July[SUP]®[/SUP] Sweepstakes ("Promotion") begins at 8:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2019 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 31, 2019 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion contains a game of chance (“Sweepstakes”). The computer clock of Administrator is the official time-keeping device in the Promotion.

  1. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 (except Alabama and Nebraska 19 and 21 in Mississippi) years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of QVC, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Realtime Media LLC (“Administrator”) and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) their immediate families (parent, child, sibling &spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.   2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To enter, visit Christmas in July Sweepstakes ? QVC.com (the "Website") during the Promotion Period. Enter the Sweepstakes by completely entering your true and correct information on the registration form in the required fields (required fields include: Full Name, Full Mailing Address, Email Address and Zip Code). Upon registering, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry). You will also earn one (1) gameplay for the “Tumbler” Instant Win game (“Game”). When the Game is completed you will be notified if you are a have won or lost. All winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to share the Promotion with others. You may log in each day throughout the Promotion Period, and will receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry and one (1) gameplay for each day you log in. Returning users will enter their email address and bypass the registration form. Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry and one (1) Instant Win gameplay per person, per email address, per day throughout the Promotion Period.

    HOW TO EARN ADDITIONAL ENTRIES: There are several ways to earn additional Sweepstakes Entries throughout the Promotion Period which are detailed below.
    • OPT-IN TO QVC[SUP]®[/SUP] EMAILS: Entrants will be able to earn additional Sweepstakes Entries by choosing to opt-in to QVC emails on the registration form. Once the check box has been marked and registration submitted, ten (10) additional entries will be awarded. Limit of up to ten (10) additional Sweepstakes Entries per person for the length of the Promotion Period.
    • TELL-A-FRIEND: Entrants will be able to earn additional Sweepstakes Entries through the Tell-A-Friend program. Entrants will be invited to submit the email address of friends/family members who must be eligible to enter the Promotion. For each referred friend/ family member, you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry. Limit: Up to five (5) additional Sweepstakes Entries per person for the length of the Promotion Period.
    • ONE2MANY: Entrants will be able to earn additional Sweepstakes Entries through the One2Many program. If sharing via social media, your friend/family member must click on your posted link to access the Sweepstakes. Your friend/family MUST be eligible and complete registration for you to earn additional Sweepstakes Entries. Limit of up to five (5) additional Sweepstakes Entries per person for the length of the Promotion Period.
    • WATCH A QVC[SUP]®[/SUP] VIDEO: Entrants will be able to earn additional Sweepstakes Entries by completing the video on the Thank You page. Once the video has been viewed to completion, five (5) additional entries will be awarded. Limit of up to five (5) additional Sweepstakes Entries per person for the length of the Promotion Period.
    • DOWNLOAD THE QVC[SUP]®[/SUP] APP: Entrants will be able to earn five (5) additional Sweepstakes Entries by clicking to download the QVC[SUP]®[/SUP] Mobile Application (the “App”) from the Thank You Page of the Promotion. Limit of five (5) additional Sweepstakes Entries per person for the length of the Promotion Period by clicking to download the App.
    • SUBSCRIBE TO THE QVC[SUP]®[/SUP] YOUTUBE CHANNEL: Entrants will be able to earn five (5) additional Sweepstakes Entries by clicking the YouTube button from the Thank You Page of the Promotion. Limit of five (5) additional Sweepstakes Entries per person for the length of the Promotion Period by clicking the YouTube button.
    ALTERNATE MEANS OF ENTRY: To enter via mail, hand-print your full name, full mailing address, email address, phone number, and birth date on a plain 3x5 inch paper. Mail your completed entry to Realtime Media, Attn: Christmas in July[SUP]®[/SUP] Sweepstakes Entry, 200 Four Falls Corporate Center, Suite 100, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Each entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries. No responsibility is assumed for (i) technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software or network, computer or data transmission errors, malfunctions or difficulties of any kind or (ii) any incorrect data contained in any sweepstakes entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than August 1, 2019 and received by August 7, 2019 to be eligible for the drawing. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. The Administrator will play the Game on behalf of the entrant. Limit of sixty-six (66) sweepstakes entries per person, per email address, per phone number, per mailing address throughout the Promotion Period. Limit of thirty-one (31) gameplays per person, per email address, per phone number, per mailing address throughout the Promotion Period.
  3. INSTANT WIN PRIZE AWARDING/ODDS: Two Hundred and Seventeen (217) Instant Win prize winners will be determined throughout the Promotion Period. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the number of eligible Promotion Entries received and the date and time when a particular Promotion participant plays the Game.
  4. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING/ODDS: On or about August 7, 2019, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries and select One (1) potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Grand Prize is based on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Promotion Period.
  5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email and/or phone within three (3) business days of winner selection or as soon as reasonably practicable. The potential Grand Prize winner will also be sent, via email, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release and an IRS W9 Form. All forms must be completed, signed, notarized and returned to Realtime Media within three (3) days of date of issuance. The potential winner then and only then becomes the “winner.” Potential Instant Win winners will receive an email confirmation immediately after playing. If such potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining Entries for that drawing. Instant Win Prizes will be fulfilled directly to the mailing address supplied during registration. All prizes will be fulfilled approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks after winner verification.

  2. PRIZE LIMITATIONS: Limit of one (1) Instant Win Prize package per person/per household. Instant Win Prize Winners are also eligible to receive the Sweepstakes Grand Prize. If it is discovered, during prize verification, that you have entered, attempted to enter, or used multiple accounts to enter more than the stated limit, you will be disqualified at the discretion of the administrator, or will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries made by any means, which subvert the entry process, are void. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Promotion Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered prizes.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Promotion Parties shall not be responsible or liable for Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for Entries that are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these official rules, and all such Entries will be disqualified. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or winners, Sponsor, and administrator in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.
  3. TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. A 1099 tax form (preceded by a W9 Form) will be issued to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner.
