NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility: Escape to Total Rewards (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers and representatives of Sponsor, Caesars Entertainment Operating Company, Inc. ("Caesars Entertainment") and/or its parent, affiliates or subsidiaries or properties managed by any of such, ePrize, LLC, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee who is of director level or above and/or involved in coordinating/executing promotions are not eligible. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government program, at Caesars Entertainment's discretion, or by their own request, are not eligible. If asked, entrant must provide valid proof of age by way of valid picture identification (drivers license, passport, state identification card, or military identification card). The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial territorial, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void in Quebec and where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor and judges decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Promotion consists of a sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), an instant win game (the "Instant Win Game") and a collect and win game ("Collect and Win Game").

3. Timing: The Promotion begins on March 1, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion consists of three (3) monthly entry periods (each a "Monthly Entry Period") as outlined in the chart below.

For the purposes of this Promotion, a day ("Day") is defined as beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET each calendar day. Administrators computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.
4. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit TotalRewards.com/Escape (the "Web Site") and enter your 11-digit "Total Rewards" account number and "PIN". You must be a member of the Total Rewards program in order to participate. Membership is free. If you are not already a member, follow the links and instructions on the Web Site to create a Total Rewards account. Once you register for, or log-in with your "Total Rewards" account number and "PIN", follow the links and instructions to proceed to the Instant Win Game page and you will automatically receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that Day. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game. Each time you play the Instant Win Game, you may receive a Collect and Win Game Piece ("Game Piece") to participate in the Collect and Win Game, one (1) Sweepstakes entry, or win an Instant Win Game prizes listed in Section 8b below. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.
Limit: Each entrant may play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per Day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's plays/entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant or player. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Bonus Instant Win Game Plays: You may play the Instant Win Game up to ten (10) additional times per Day during the Promotion Period. You may play the Instant Win Game additional times each Day, through any combination of the methods described below.

b. Check-In Using a Wireless Mobile Device:
i. Check-In on Foursquare through the Web Site: Using your Mobile Device, log-in to your Foursquare Labs, Inc. ("Foursquare") account. If you do not have a Foursquare account, visit
http://foursquare.com and follow the instructions to create an account. Creating a Foursquare account is free. Once you have an account, login to the Web Site from your Mobile Device, and then follow the links and instructions to access your Foursquare account and check-in at a participating Caesars location (a "Location") listed on the Web Site. You will receive one (1) additional Instant Win Game play after you check-in. In order to check in at a participating Caesars location, you must be in or immediately adjacent to the Locations perimeter and use your wireless mobile device to access your Foursquare account, and follow the systems instructions to check-in to the location that corresponds to the Location. Foursquare has the right to verify the location of all check-ins. Once you have a Keyword, you may login to the Web Site, enter the Keyword, and you receive one (1) additional Instant Win Game play. Each Keyword may only be entered one (1) time per Day.
c. Obtain a Scratch Card or Physical Printed Ticket: During the Promotion Period, locate a promotional kiosk at a participating Caesars Entertainment property, swipe your Total Rewards card and receive a scratch card, or printed ticket with a Keyword. Once you have a Keyword, you may login to the Web Site, enter the Keyword and you receive one (1) additional Instant Win Game play. Each Keyword may only be entered one (1) time per Promotion Period. Scratch card or physical printed ticket distribution will be limited to New Jersey, Missouri, Pennsylvania and Iowa only.
d. Follow us on Twitter: During the Promotion Period, sign up for Twitter and follow Total Rewards (@Total_Rewards) to learn Keywords. Once you have a Keyword, you may login to the Web Site, enter the Keyword, and you receive one (1) additional Instant Win Game play. Each Keyword may only be entered one (1) time per Day.
e. Other Online Advertisements: During the Promotion Period, learn Keywords through various online advertisements including, but not limited to: banner ads, YouTube video posts and blog entries. Once you have a Keyword, you may login to the Web Site, enter the Keyword, and you receive one (1) additional Instant Win Game play. Each Keyword may only be entered one (1) time per Day.
Bonus Sweepstakes Entries: You may receive up to three (3) additional Sweepstakes entries per Day through any combination of the methods described below. You must play the Instant Win Game at least one (1) time in order to collect Bonus Sweepstakes entries, through the methods described below. Bonus Sweepstakes entries earned beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET on March 1, 2012 will be credited to entrants the first time they play the Instant Win Game. If an entrant does not play the Instant Win Game, he/she will not receive any Sweepstakes entries regardless of performing the actions outlined below.
a. Use Your Total Rewards Card at a Qualifying Total Rewards Earning Outlet: During the Promotion Period, you will receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry each time you use your Total Rewards Card and earn one (1) Tier Credit at a Qualifying Total Rewards Earning Outlet.

c. Free Mail-in Method of Entry: To enter without using your Total Rewards Card, hand print your name, Total Rewards number, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to Caesars Escape to Total Rewards, c/o ePrize, LLC, P.O. Box 5046, Kalamazoo, MI 49003. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked and received by the dates listed in Section 3 above for the respective Monthly Entry Periods drawings. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.
5. Special Offer: If you are one of the first two-thousand (2,000) people to play the Instant Win Game during the Promotion Period, you will receive a $20 Total Rewards Market Place gift card (terms and conditions apply). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $20. Special Offers will be fulfilled as a digital code immediately following the Instant Win Game. Limit: One (1) Special Offer per person.
6. Sweepstakes/Instant Win Game: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sweepstakes: Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received during each Monthly Entry Period, on the dates specified in Section 3 above. Non-winning entries will be included in subsequent Monthly Entry Period drawings. Instant Win Game: Thirty-eight thousand two hundred twenty-six (38,226) random, computer-generated winning times, one for each prize listed below, will be generated during the Promotion Period. The computer generated winning times for the one hundred twelve (112) Third Prizes will be randomly generated between March 1, 2012 and March 15, 2012. If you are the first player to play the Instant Win Game at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated. Collect and Win Game: The odds of receiving a Game Piece after playing the Instant Win Game are approximately 1:2.
There are forty-eight (48) total Game Pieces;
(8) Game Pieces per category.
(5) of the six Game Pieces per category are considered generic game pieces (each a "Generic Piece") and
(1) per category is considered a unique piece (each a "Unique Piece"); there are
(42) Generic Pieces and
(6) Unique Pieces in total.
Each time an entrant receives a Game Piece, he/she has a 1:42 chance of receiving each Generic Piece until entrant has collected all seven (7) Generic Pieces for a particular category. Once an entrant has collected all of the Generic Pieces for a particular category, the next time entrant receives a Game Piece, he/she has the following chance of receiving the Unique Game Piece associated with the applicable category: 1:1 of receiving a Unique Piece for the Dining category; 1:2 of receiving a Unique Piece for the Entertainment category; 1:3 of receiving a Unique Piece for the Hotel category; 1:4 of receiving a Unique Piece for the Gaming category; 1:5 of receiving a Unique Piece for the Nightlife category; or 1:6 of receiving a Unique Piece for the Leisure category.
If you are one of the first entrants to collect all the Game Pieces for any category, or one of the first entrants to collect all of the Game Pieces on the entire Game Board, you will be a potential winner of the respective category Collect and Win Game prize, or a full board Collect and Win Game prize.
7. All potential WINNERS are subject to verification by Sponsor or administrator, whose decisions are final AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the INSTANT WIN GAME or sweepstakes SHOULD so indicate, unless and until entrants eligibility, AND the potential INSTANT WIN GAME WinnER and/or sweepstakes winner have been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. any play that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective play and is void and will not be honored.
8. Verification of Potential Winners: Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential Sweepstakes winners will be notified by email, telephone, or registered mail after the date of applicable drawing; the potential Collect and Win Game winners will be notified immediately after receiving a winning Game Piece. Except where prohibited, each potential winner of a prize valued above $25 will be required to sign and return to ePrize, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (if winner is a US resident), or Declaration of Compliance (if winner is a Canadian resident) in order to claim his/her prize. For the Instant Win Game Third Prize, winner must return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release/Declaration of Compliance within three (3) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent in order to claim the prize; for all other prizes valued over $25, winner must return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release/Declaration of Compliance within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If the potential winner is a Canadian resident, he/she will also be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill testing question without any assistance in order to be eligible to receive a prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release/Declaration of Compliance within the required time period (if applicable), or fails to answer the skill testing question correctly (if applicable), potential winner forfeits prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner of a prize valued over $25 is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. There will be up to three (3) alternate drawings, time permitting, after which the applicable prize will remain unawarded. Unclaimed Prizes with a value of $25 or less will remain unawarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion.
