Digital receipts are eligible for this Sweepstakes.
Entrant must then visit www.WinWithZiploc.com (“Website”) and select “Disney Frozen”, “Disney Frozen II” or “Star Wars” based on his/her Qualifying Purchase. An eligible entrant must then follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including, but not limited to: his/her first and complete last name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, and date of birth. The entrant must then follow the on-screen prompts and upload a photograph of the original receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase. The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, .PNG, or .GIF format (no PDFs will be accepted) and may not exceed 8 MB.
Following this method of entry, an entrant will receive (1) entry into the applicable Monthly Entry Period and (1) entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period for the respective pool either Star Wars pool (“Star Wars Pool”), Frozen Pool (“Frozen Pool”), or Frozen II pool (“Frozen II Pool”) based on his/her selection upon registration.
For Weekly Entry Periods 1–14 entrants will be entered into the Frozen Pool or Star Wars Pool based on his/her Qualifying Purchase of either Frozen products or Star Wars products,

If the winner elects to travel or partake in the Grand Prize without guest(s), no additional compensation will be awarded to the winner. Winners must travel on dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or his/her prize will be forfeited (travel will be in November 2019). Only one (1) Grand Prize for Monthly Entry Period 3 Frozen Pool is available in the Sweepstakes, The ARV of the Grand Prize For Monthly Entry Period 3 Frozen Pool is $5,150. Sponsor is not responsible if event is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason. Winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor for tickets that the winner is unable to use due to cancellation of the event. Winner agrees that event admission is awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to that applicable winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed. reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest if either winner or his/her guest violates the previous restrictions or engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event. Only one hundred forty two (142) Weekly First Prizes For Entry Periods 1 - 14 are available in the Sweepstakes. The ARV of each Star Wars Pool Weekly First Prize For Entry Periods 1- 14 is $24.99 and the ARV of each Frozen Weekly First Prize for Entry Periods 1 – 14 is $40.
C. Weekly First Prizes For Weekly Entry Periods 15 - 27 (1,690 total; 130 per Weekly Entry Period; 65 for Frozen/Star Wars Pool and 65 for Frozen II Pool): The weekly first prize for Weekly Entry Periods 15 – 27 is a $30 Fandango gift card (each a “Weekly First Prize For Weekly Entry Periods 15 - 27”). 6. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: After each random drawing, Administrator will notify the potential winners via e-mail at the e-mail address provided at the time of registration or Mail-In Entry. Before being declared a winner, each potential grand prize winner will be required to sign and execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and tax acknowledgment (“Affidavit”). The potential grand prize winners must return a fully executed and notarized Affidavit to the Sponsor or its authorized designee within (7) calendar days from the date it is postmarked as being sent to the potential winner or the grand prize may (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) be forfeited. If a potential winner is disqualified, found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a prize, or in the event that a potential winner fails to return an executed and notarized Affidavit within the (7) calendar day deadline, the respective prize may be forfeited.
