SA links don't work

Someone please tell me why sometimes SA links do not get you to the contest page, but another page that you have to search around the site to find the entry page, if you can find it at all. ie the Kelloggs sweeps or the North Carolina fishing sweeps.
 
ok Amy, what does that mean? If a sponsor lists a sweeps, they can put whatever, and not even list the sweeps at all? Then, why would SA not list the entry page?
