I was going to wait until I got my package so everyone can see what I won but I'm just so excited that I had to put my self in the winners circle.
About two weeksago I wanted to try the twitter sweepstakes so I did and a week later I got a DM from sam's club saying Congrats! You won a #SimpleSavings Healthy Heart Twitter Chat prize! Pls reply w/ name, email, phone # & address for winner affidavit. Please reply with contact information within 72 hrs of receiving this message or we will have to randomly select another winner. Thank you!
So I've reply with my information and two days later I got a call from them also an email to fill out affidavit. I've filled out the forms what I didn't know that I'm a Grand Prize Winner. LoL.
