Once the registration form is completed, you will earn (1) entry into the sweepstakes portion of the Promotion (a “Sweepstakes Entry” or “Entry”) and will also earn (1) play for the instant win game of a scratch card (“Game”) or quiz “Quiz”), whichever is available at the time of your visit to the Website.

When the Game or Quiz is completed you will be notified if you have won or lost and will proceed to the Thank You Page where you will have the opportunity to share the Promotion with others via your social media accounts.

All winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.

ONE2MANY: Participants will be able to earn additional Sweepstakes Entries through the One2Many program during the Promotion Period. JUDGING: At the end of each of the (3) Contest Entry and Voting Periods, a judging panel, selected by the Sponsor, will score each Entry up to the maximum amount of (100) points allowed.

Judging will be based on the following criteria:
Execution of Theme (35%)
Clarity and Quality (15%)
Votes (50%)

Entries that do not contain all required entry information or are considered inappropriate for any reason are not eligible. The Entry with the highest score from the Judges combined with the highest number of votes for each Contest Entry and Voting Period will be deemed the potential Contest First Prize winner. The Entry with the next highest score will be deemed the potential Contest Second Prize winner. The Entry with the next highest score will be deemed the potential Contest Third Prize winner. In the event of a tie, the Entry with the higher score from the Execution of Theme criterion will be deemed the “winner”. In the event a tie still exists, an additional “tie-breaking” judge will be brought in to evaluate the tied entries, based on the Judging Criteria above. Sponsor reserves the right not to award all prizes or to choose fewer than three (3) per Contest Entry and Voting Period if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries. Prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING/ODDS: At the end of each of the (3) Contest Entry and Voting Periods, the Administrator will conduct an electronic randomized drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries and select (5) potential Sweepstakes winners for a total of (15) potential Sweepstakes winners. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes Prize depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during each Contest Entry and Voting Period.

Non-Winning Entries from each Sweepstakes drawing will NOT be rolled into the next drawing.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners who participated in the Promotion via the Website, will receive prize notification via email and/or phone call, within (3) days of the winner selection or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable.

For potential winners who participated in the Promotion via Instagram or Twitter, if they have enabled direct messaging on their Instagram or Twitter account, they will be notified by the Sponsor via direct message.

If the user does not have direct messaging enabled through, the potential winners will receive prize notification via a comment on their Contest Entry.

The direct message or comment will contain a call to action to email the promotion Administrator and provide any additional information required for prize fulfillment.

Potential winners must respond within (10) days of notification or their prize will be forfeited. Any winner of a prize that exceeds $600 will also be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and an IRS W9 Form via email. All forms must be completed, signed, notarized and returned to Administrator within ten (10) days of date of issuance. The potential winner then and only then becomes the “winner.” If such potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days, if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible Entries using either the judging criteria listed above or by random drawing for the Sweepstakes.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prize will only be awarded by Sponsor upon potential winners’ verification of eligibility and final approval by Sponsor. No prize substitution, cash equivalent of prizes, transfer or assignment of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor which reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: There are (2) methods of participation in the Promotion which are outlined below:

INSTANT WIN PRIZE AWARDING/ODDS: One thousand five hundred (1,500) Instant Win prize winners will be randomly determined (as determined by the Sponsor) throughout the Promotion Period by Administrator’s time-based algorithm. By entering the Promotion, you agree: (i) to be bound by these official rules and by all applicable laws and all decisions of the judges which shall be binding and final; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to the official rules; (iii) to waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any of the Promotion Parties; and (iv) to release, indemnify, and hold harmless each of the Promotion Parties and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, from any liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury, bodily injury, death, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity), costs and expenses (including without limitation, reasonable outside attorney’s fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) your participation or inability to participate in the Promotion, (b) typographical errors in the official rules or any Promotion promotional materials, (c) acceptance or possession, defects in, use, misuse or inability to use an prize (or any component thereof), (d) any change by any company or any other person providing any of the components of a prize due to reasons beyond any of the Promotion Parties’ control or as otherwise permitted hereunder, (e) any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation, or modification of the Promotion, (f) human error, (g) incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt or transmission of any part of the Entry (including, without limitation, the entry information or any parts thereof), (h) any technical malfunctions or unavailability of the Promotion site or any telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by any of the Promotion Parties or by you, (i) interruption or inability to access the Promotion, any Promotion-related web pages, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems, (j) any damage to your (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Promotion, (k) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions, (l) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omissions on the part of any of the Promotion Parties, or any of their agents or employees, or (m) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any one or more of the Promotion Parties. Each winner hereby acknowledges that the Promotion Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize or component thereof, including any express or implied warranties provided by any of the prize suppliers associated with this Promotion.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or winners, Sponsor, Build or Administrator in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the state of California or any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of California. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the state of California. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.

TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes and any other costs and expenses associated with this Promotion, including prize acceptance and use, not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.

WINNER LIST: For the names of the winner send a #10 self-addressed stamped envelope to: Scratch and Save Winners List Request, C/O Realtime Media, 200 Four Falls Corporate Center, Suite 100, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Requests for the winners list must be received no later than ninety (90) days from the end of the Promotion Period (residents of Vermont and Washington need not include return postage).
