Same here, I was notified and never heard from them again. I moved Sept 1 and it may have gotten lost in that mess, but I have never had any shipping notices or emails.

Mine was the product package, I think. When I moved I cleaned out a lot of my saved emails and that was one of them. It was a small win, and I am sure it was an instant win. I just assumed that I was DQ'd or that it was returned in the address changing process.
