Not sure what's going on but for second time this week another 5,000 showed up in my account with no win screen or email ( not complaining..lol) Then I ordered a gift card from the site to print online and it came without a SKU, just a long-ass account number and pin..which took FOREVER at checkout with an inexperienced cashier, so I emailed a complaint to them and they put another 10,000 points in my account...gotta love Kmart!!
 
I'm glad you are able to use your points. I've lost so many and walked out the door leaving my purchase behind because the points wouldn't work. One time, I thought for sure I was good and the cashier says, "Oh look, that item is on an unadvertised sale today." Yep, that unadvertised sale put my item at .02 below the "surprise points" level. They lost a sale that day. I wish SYWR worked as good for me as it is for you!
 
Not always...yesterday I went in there with 52,000 points and at checkout they said I only had 43,000...then they couldn't use a $10 off coupon cuz I didn't spend enough in the right departments, but before that they said I couldn't use my 15% off in home department because of the $10 coupon..it was a mess! So, yes...complained about that too.How can I leave the house with points and end up way less 15 minutes later?
