This happened to my daughter and nothing yet. I think there should be some kind of penalty or something for grand prize errors. This is so disappointing. She goes to college this year and really needed a laptop. We are still trying to contact them. They should have to shut down the game. I guess they have their legal way to get out of it though. Hope something good comes of this. thanks and sorry if I seem bitter.
