Small win and a big non win

Won a Tom and Jerry DVD from Entemann's. Then, playing SYW where you pick a prize I picked a lawn mower. The ball dropped into the PRIZE slot and I was all excited, but the message that popped up was the non-win message. No email that I won, so perhaps a glitch? SYW site is down again today. Frustrating site and not like the old days ! End of rant!
 
Hi...did you print or take a picture of the ball in the PRIZE slot? I always print out the page of anything I win. I would still contact them and complain about it...you never know how they feel about customer relations. AND...congratulations about the DVD...I love Tom and Jerry.

The"better luck " came up quickly ! But I Know I saw it fall in the prize slot.. oh well !
 
When I had that $5 win from Rollin in the Dough, I was supposed to get an email with instructions on how to redeem but I never got that either. So maybe I'd better snail mail them a copy of the print out.
 
Congrats on your prize! Yes, too bad about SYW..., the most frustrating thing to me besides a dry spell, is the 24 hour sweeps where sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't LOL
 
Congrats boo on your non win. I had a win lately for an instant prize. It showed on the screen that I was a winner, but the screen froze. I contacted hello world they responded to me in an email nothing shows for you. Boy was I disappointed. BOOOOO
