sweepstakes advantage blank dialog box

Occasionally, I get this small box pop up (on the bottom left-hand side) which is blank. It says sweepstake advantage on top. This box freezes my computer and holds me up too often. It will disappear after a few moments, but there are times it completely freezes my computer. It can't be deleted and I have to restart my computer to get rid of it. Very frustrating, to say the least! How can I keep this box away or how can I delete it without restarting. I have Windows XP and I use IE8. Thank you.

I'm not sure what the box is, but I am copying your question to the Admin and hope you will have an answer/solution soon.

Does that box come up when you have been adding new sweeps and/or checking the Sweeps Check box? The sounds like the pop up box I get when I do this. I also have Windows XP and use IE to add and enter, but it isn't freezing my computer up.

What have you tried? Did you clear temp files/cookies and reboot?

When you say occasionally, where are you and what are you doing?

Do you allow popups at SA?
