I won a small prize with Ninja a while back. I printed and uploaded the form with an explanation for why it was not completed as requested and the photo may have been somewhat blurry. I have not heard back from them or got my prize (a small refillable perfume sprayer), not sure if I will.

Ha Ha Ha! I got that same email several weeks ago and turned it down. Way more work and info that I don't want to supply for a cleaning cloth. Wonder who will be the next lucky recipient of the winning email.

Did *anyone* try contacting them to see if they just used boiler plate forms & if they'd waive the forms/requirements?
