sweepstakes tracking program

Does anyone use or know of a sweepstakes tracking program (a program that lets you track sweepstakes). I know you can use bookmarks in your browser but I am looking for a stand-alone program. I am currently using Sweep V1.71 but it is no longer supported and you can't make backup of your data.
