What do I do? The sweeps said I won the home entertainment package but i newver recieved a conformation email. I wrote doen the conormation number at the bottom for records but I could not print out the page. I looked at the rules after and I think i must have forgot to submit something after I won, now that really sucks! Does anyone else have any ideas?
 
Definitely contact the sponsor. Sometimes the winning email may take a little long to get. I've had that happen to me. I didn't receive it for hours. Just hang on. I hope everything works out :)
 
Save the confermation number and contact the sponser, also write down day and time you won, I have won and not ever gotten a confermation e-mail, so that is nothing to get to worried about, let us know how it goes.

yes dont stress too much as I have won from T mobile 2 times b4 nothing as grand as your win and I dont think I ever got any email confirmations BUT I do post the time and date I won so after the sweeps ends and I havent rec'd any word or prize I can contact people here in the forum and also try to contact t mobile. THEY ALWAYS HAVE SENT ME MY PRIZES... and if u register prior to beginning the games then they have your info and u probably didnt need to do anything after it said u won. Good Luck. U can try and contact them sooner to calm nerves but I find them legit. :headbang:
