TGIF Friday's Happy Hour Contest PLEASE HELP Said I won a Gift Card ???

Sweepstakes Plus Subscriber
I submitted an entry about 3 days ago, a screen popped up immed and it said I won a gift card with
a Prize Claim Code Number. No instructions, I called TGIF Fridays main office they didn't know anything,
I submitted a ticket with sweepstakes plus site, they don't know anything ?? What do I do?
 
where and how is this sweeps listed? I was going to look at it and see if I could figure something out for you but I can't find it.
 
hope you find out that it is true you won. I contacted helloworld last week in a sweep I had a screen that said goal you have won now lets see what you won and would not turn over the page they said sorry they could not find anything on this. I ended up with nothing
 
I got a winning screen in Rollin in the Dough for $5 off my order, but never did get the instructions on how to redeem which was supposed to come via email within 48 hours.
