I won on the Pace IW Monday but my darn computer froze up so I didn't get to print my coupon. Then I read the comments from some of the members and many of them said that the same thing happened to them and they were pretty much brushed off. Well I dropped them an email to the effect of how much I haved loved their promotion and how I have enjoyed trying out different Pace products and how they have won a customer for life and they just emailed me back:

We received your message and appreciate your taking the time to contact Campbell Soup Company.
Please accept the coupon we have sent to you via the mail with my apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced. The coupon can be redeemed for any product in the Campbell family of brands including V8, Prego, Pace, and Pepperidge Farm.

This happened to a lot of people, but they did send out coupons to those of us who couldn't print them up. I got two coupons each for $2.00 off of any of their product line.
 
**UPDATE**

Received the coupons that they sent:
2 coupons for $3 off any Pace, Swanson, V8, Pepperidge Farm, Prego or Campbell's soup
a coupon for $1 off any Campbell's Select Harvest soup
and a little booklet with recipes using Swanson broth

They really went above and beyond and I am very grateful! Sure beats one coupon for salsa... I am almost happy my computer took a little nap that morning :laughing:
