No Purchase Necessary​


  1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The SUNNYD Flavors of Summer Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2019 and ends at 11:59 AM ET on August 31, 2019 (“Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes consists of consists of an instant win game (“Instant Win Game” or “Game”) and a Grand Prize random drawing.

  2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and DC, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry/game play. Employees of Sunny Delight Beverages Co. (“Sponsor”), Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC d/b/a the Sunflower Group(“Administrator”), their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”), and their immediate and extended family members (including but not limited to spouses, domestic partners, parents, children, and siblings) and household members of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

  3. TWO WAYS TO ENTER THE GRAND PRIZE DRAWING AND PLAY THE GAME:

· TO ENTER/PLAY ONLINE: During the Promotion Period, visit SunnyD LTO (the “Website”) and follow the on-screen directions to provide the UPC from SUNNYD Lemonade – 18ct case, 24ct case, 6.75oz bottle or 64oz bottle or SUNNYD Watermelon - 18ct case, 6.75oz or 64oz (“Participating Products”), and provide your answer to the multiple-choice question regarding the Product Label.

You must provide the last 5-digits from the UPC from one of the Participating Product packages, the correct answer to the multiple-choice question and complete the online registration form,to receive (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing, (1) Game play and (1) Entry into the Second Chance Drawing
(“Online Entry/Game Play,” “Online Entry,” “Online Game Play,” “Entry/Game Play,” “Entry” or “Game Play”).

Instant Winners will receive a Game message that includes the word, “Congratulations.”
Non-winners will receive a Game message that includes the word, “Sorry.” Instant winners are subject to verification of eligibility

Limit (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing and (1) Game Play per person/email address, per day.

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address to submit an entry into the Grand Prize drawing or play the Game. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by entrants’ online service will apply and are entrants’ sole responsibility. If entering/playing via mobile device, normal phone/data and usage charges imposed by your phone service may apply.

· TO ENTER/PLAY BY MAIL AND ENTER THE SECOND CHANCE DRAWING:

Send a plain 3” x 5” paper on which you have hand printed your complete name, mailing address, email address and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) (“Mailed Entry/Game Play,” “Mailed Entry,” “Mailed Game Play,” “Entry/Game Play,” “Entry” or “Game Play”), and mail it in a hand-addressed, business-size envelope (#10) with first-class postage affixed, to:

Mailed Entries/Game Plays must be postmarked by August 31, 2019 and received by September 9, 2019.

Game Plays will be played by Administrator on behalf of requester. Only instant winners will be notified.

4. GAME PLAY VERIFICATION: All winning Game Plays are subject to verification. If, due to an error of any kind, more instant winning messages are delivered to entrants, or more instant win prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded per Rule #9, the intended number of prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received during the Promotion Period. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes.


  1. GRAND PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected on or about September 13, 2019 from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Random drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

  2. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Instant Win Game winners may need to verify their mailing addresses via email in order to claim and receive their prizes. Grand Prize winner will be notified by email and will be required to complete and return via email/fax/mail, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of Administrator’s attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within any specified time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or declining a/the prize for any reason, will result in disqualification without further notice and, in the case of the Grand Prize, an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received.

7. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING:

Any unclaimed or unawarded Instant Win Game prizes will be awarded in a second chance random drawing (“Second Chance Drawing”),
conducted by the Administrator on or about September 24, 2019, from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning a prize in the Second Chance Drawing depend upon the number of eligible Mailed Entries received during the Promotion Period and the number of unclaimed/unawarded Instant Win Game prizes (if any).
Second Chance winners will be notified by mail/email and may be required to confirm mailing address within the timeframe specified, to facilitate prize awarding.
Noncompliance within any specified time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or declining a prize for any reason, will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected.
Sponsor will make up to (3) attempts to award each prize at which point unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

10. GENERAL RULES/VERIFICATION: All potential winners of the Instant Win Game are subject to verification by Sponsor or Administrator, and verification of potential winners is final and binding in all matters related to the Instant Win Game. An entrant is not an instant winner, even if the Instant Win Game should so indicate, unless and until entrant’s eligibility, and the potential Instant Win Game winner status, have been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor and Administrator will not accept any Instant Win Game screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any Instant Win Game Play that occurs after the system has failed for any reason, or the Promotion Period has ended, in Sponsor’s and Administrator’s sole discretion, is deemed a defective play and is void and will not be honored. Use of automated Game Play devices or programs is prohibited. The Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Instant Win Game. Any federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners, as applicable. No transfer, assignment, or substitution for any prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason. In such circumstance, an alternate prize of equal value will be awarded and Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. The Released Parties assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple phone numbers, identities or any other method, all Entries submitted by the entrant may be declared null and void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services to create fraudulent identities) will void all Entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder" is the natural person in whose name the email address has been issued and the services are billed. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder associated with the Entries. entrants/winners/guests(s) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all liability (including, but not limited to, damages caused or claimed to be caused, losses, or injury) arising out of participation and/or acceptance/use or misuse of a prize, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Administrator’s/Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Acceptance of a/the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s names and/or likenesses and Entries for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All Entry material submitted will not be returned. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Sweepstakes material, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Released Parties are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mistranscribed phone/email transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer, phone/device related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for undeliverable emails, including but not limited to those resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user's email account to receive email. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing for the Grand Prize will be conducted from among all eligible Entries received prior to termination and all eligible instant win game prizes will be awarded from eligible claims submitted (or winners determined) prior to cancelation. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

11. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Sponsor reserves the right to make all decisions in its sole discretion arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game, and the decisions by Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game. Except where prohibited, you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or Instant Win Game or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of New York; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes or Instant Win Game, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) notwithstanding the foregoing, you waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States of America and the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the laws of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than State of New York.


12. PRIVACY: Sponsor collects personal information from entrants when they enter the Sweepstakes for use in administration of the Sweepstakes. When entering, entrant may be asked to consent to receive promotional emails and information about Sponsor. Consenting to receive such emails and information is optional, and is not necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes, nor will it increase or improve their chances of winning. The information collected is subject to the Privacy Policy located at http://www.sunnyd.com/privacy-policy/.

13. WINNERS LIST: For the names of the winners of prizes valued over $25, available after October 15, 2019, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: The SUNNYD Flavors of Summer Sweepstakes Winners, 360 Lexington Avenue, 19[SUP]th[/SUP] Floor, New York, NY 10017. Requests must be received by September 9, 2019.

14. SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Sunny Delight Beverages Co., 1 High Ridge Park, 3[SUP]rd[/SUP] Floor, Stamford CT 06905. The Administrator of the Sweepstakes is Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC (d/b/a the Sunflower Group, a California limited liability company), 360 Lexington Avenue, 19[SUP]th[/SUP] Floor, New York, NY 10017.
