:wave: I think it has been about a year and a half for me...maybe? Not for sure ~ I started in freebies and Ken advanced me from there :sunny: He is a very, very brave man! I am not good in the tech. aspect of things :crazytongue:, but I do try to be fair

I think all the mods have been fair from what I have seen and that's good to know. I was just curious as to how you guys got your jobs and when.:scratch: not sure how long I have been a mod, I was refereed by GOSWEEPWIN if I remember right it has been awhile, I was on the site as a sweeper and was in all the forums and answering questions in allopcorn: I came from a background of chat room moderating.

You know what they did, they sent 1lb boxes of see's Chocolate Sweepstakes & Giveaways to all of the mods to get in. Man, I wouldn't want the responsibility of being a mod. I owned my own forum once and that was hard enough. I am a mod on another forum but, I rarely go there anymore.
