Try to work it out with the sponsor and if you do not get results contact the State Attorney General for the state the sponsoring company is in. This is what I have done in the past with great results.

You have the Pres' phone number and a suggestion to contact the FTC, one of these should work out for you.

Thanks guys! I called the president of hearitfirst.com today and he said that the check will be mailed next week. I guess we will see, I'm not convinced I will get it, but I will give them some more time and then follow up on this issue. It was very upsetting that he did not answer my 2 emails. I will keep you updated on what is going on with all this.
 
OMG how awful...I am so sorry this happened. I would be beyond livid. I hope they do make it right for you. My friend has been on two trips she won, and both were excellent. So hopefully you will win another trip - a nice one that you deserve!
 
Update: the phone call to the president of the hearitfirst.com has helped- I got my check 2 weeks later.

Oh my... I know this is from like sept. but am just getting back on line again. WOW WOW what a nightmare but then again it did work out in the LONG run. Goodness. I havent won anything like a trip so I have no experience but this took the cake on the nightmare scenario. Glad it worked out for you...
