Hope someone can help me!!!!! I entered a reese iron man contest held by my local radio station some months ago I also entered a different contest ncaa reeses final four in my husbands name.He gets a call grand prize winner 2 leather chairs and a 37 inch tv.I get a call grand prize winner 47 inch tv blue ray surround system.They sent out paperwork to him I went in and signed mine. A few days later we get a call from the promo company CRN informing us that we can onlt get one prize.And yes I know that the rules usually state that but get this, there were NO RULES posted for either contest!!!!!!!What should i do?????

There must be rules somewhere. They are required to have them. Radio Stations usually state to mail in for a copy of the rules, or they usually have one standard set of rules somewhere on their website governing all of their sweepstakes. Simply ask them where their rules are posted.

I called the radio station and the promotions director told me that a household can win a prize once every thirty days.The dates on the affys are april12,2010 and May 13 2010 so it is clearly thirty days apart.But they are still saying we can only choose one prize This does not seem fair to me

Call them up again and request a copy of the rules and also ask them where they are posted on their website. They have to send them to you. Normally, a sponsor attaches the rules to the affidavit.
