Unable to read correctly one letter in Sweepstakes

Like an O is how I make my D sometimes in my email address. I will be sure to write sdc, instead of SDC, next time. I am still confused. The rules state:

The Sponsor may, in its discretion, also confirm with winners by telephone or in writing. In the event the Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner despite reasonable efforts to do so, as determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, such winner’s prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen by the Sponsor.

All the other information was complete and World Computer Exchange did call for the People Choice Awards. I have a feeling that another was picked before I had a chance to call back within the hour.

Any recourse?

Until you fill out, submit, and they accept an affy, no win is a sure thing.

Rules also say:

The Sponsor will notify potential winners by email within four (4) business days of the drawing. The Sponsor may, in its discretion, also confirm with winners by telephone or in writing. In the event the Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner despite reasonable efforts to do so, as determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, such winner’s prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen by the Sponsor
