Unilever and Coke

Two IWs this morning; I won a tote bag from Unilever and a $20 Cash Card from Coke Sweepstakes, but when I went to redeem my $20 it said I had no rewards to redeem. :(

I called customer support, and they are checking into it for me. I notice their rewards web site appears to be down now, so maybe that has something to do with it.

I had gotten a "You Win" screen on the Marzetti IW a couple of weeks ago, contacted them, and they said I was not a winner. I was disappointed. That's when their web site was whacky (and it still is).
 
Give it a couple of days...once they refresh their server, you'll be able to redeem. It happened to me before....just keep trying to redeem it.

I had the same problem, but then I discovered that you have to make a user name and password for that redemption site and then you can get your prize. Also, if this makes a difference to you- you don't have to provide your SSN if you get the one shot $20 card mailed to you, but you do have to provide it if you opt for the card that lets you continually add money to it... Just something to think about. Congrats on your win!
