I've noticed a lot of people get ups notifications about deliveries. They sign up for the alerts. What is the ne of the service? Does fed ex have one as well?
It's called UPS My Choice, there's a big ad for it on the UPS home page. You sign up for free, they run some questions to verify you're you, and once you join you get a day's notice when UPS will deliver a package (with some options to reroute to a different address, delay, etc some of which they charge fees for).
