Ventura Certified Mail

Hi Everyone -

Just received a certified mail card (mail from Ventura)in my mailbox. I am assuming this is from that $50 K-mart gift card that others have won.

Has anyone figured out which sweepstakes these are coming from? I can only remember the every hour entry sweeps and then another one that gave away 500 $50 gift cards and a couple larger amount gift cards.
