At the bottom right hand corner of this page is a chat button. Tell them you think you’ve been blacklisted and ask to be removed. It took me maybe 2-3 minutes and I’m able to enter them again. Hope this helps!

I just did a chat and they replied that they removed me from the blacklist. I tested it and it worked, I am no longer blacklisted!

For the past 2 days, I can't get any ViralSweep entries to register. If the entry is a "visit this website for 1 entry," for example, I visit the website but don't get the entry. Anyone else having this problem? I've tried different browsers too.

I'm having the same problem, and nothing seems to fix it. I contacted ViralSweep's customer service. I haven't received a reply and the issue persists. I got so mad today, I started contacting companies sponsoring the sweeps to let them know that ViralSweep is blocking real people from entering their contests. ATP I'm only contacting companies whose social media I have followed for a long time and whose products I actually purchase. Hopefully being an actual customer (as opposed to a random sweeps entrant) may influence their future decisions to use that godforsaken platform.
