Website Migration By Host

also I had categories for Leitesculinarry ... 2 per day and 3 per day ... they are gone, so what I am seeing are the categories from before I got my new computer the first week of Jan. I am in the process of trying to get my categories back to where I want them ...
 
We learned some lessons from this migration to another data center. When/If this happens again ( probably not for several years )
we'll have a better plan for the data and not rely on our hosting company.

From this point forward everyone can start working in My Sweepstakes and SweepsCheck again. Thank you for your patience.

As I try to re-construct my missing categories I am finding some sweeps are no longer even in the data base. They seem to be those run by magazine, particularly those that offer a prize each day. They may be there, but, for example, when I search BHG I don't get their daily prize sweeps.
 
If we don't have our saved sweeps showing correctly by now, are you saying that they are lost? My categories for cash and gift cards are completely gone........

If you created these in the last week then they are probably gone. Yes. Sorry.
 
They have been there for months.... the last couple of days I have created new ones, only to replace the ones that have disappeared.

That's really puzzling. We could restore another backup but it would probably create more problems than it would solve because I can see many members are already working in their lists and a restore would erase those changes. Going forward for the next several years we really shouldn't have this problem again.

I had the same thing happen. I just added the categories back in, I don't have a good memory for what was in those categories, so I will just start them over. If that's the worse thing that ever happens to me, than life is good! Just happy to be able to enter, enter, enter!
 
Hi all, hey Ken, my membership to plus expired, didn't relize it, but can't renew, every time I log in to saplus and go to members page, the click down to order only shows sa regular, I thought had it set up to renew through paypal auto, but maybe now, if you can send me a link or whatever you need will resign through paypal, sorry my knowledge this stuff is very low. thanks and take care, seem to be able to log into SA regular fine, no hurry on this as I know with all the stuff going on now you are a tad busy. lol
