Congrats! When I lived on LI, I'd go to the Catskills (mainly Hunter NY) ALL the time, every season-wonderful memories and the most beautiful place there is! During a trip to NY (I live in KY now) a few years ago, I made sure to stop there for the scenic beauty and the Freihofer choc chip cookies!
