I LOVE this site:

Whenever I go to WalMart, I just give them the prices at different store that week, and I usually(almost always) get that price -without- showing an ad.
You can really buy things that you wouldn't normally buy if their too expensive. Like I say, rarely do they ask for an actual ad where I go shopping, but make sure it is the correct price, of course. Every little bit helps! :D
 
I just found another site to browse grocery prices: I did not have to sign up.

The info for grocery deals are there. But, Walmart price match savings catcher I know is online right now(and) I had one walmart store employee tell me she didn't know if they would be price matching in the store anymore? What? Hope that's not true. I have no idea.

Also, I'm pretty sure the online price match will not honor competitor's 'store' brands. I haven't been to walmart in some time to ask someone else so I'm not sure about how it is currently. We've already used the savings catcher walmart offers online, it works!

Ack, now that they've got me doing my entire bi-weekly shopping at WalMart they are going to take away price matching??? Nooooooooooooooooo!!! Double whammy with *much* higher prices and/or having to hit 3-7 stores for the loss leaders!

I don't know for sure about it right now.

I know they have the Savings Catcher online where you enter your receipt number and get an e gift card for the difference in prices. It really works we've got over five dollars on just a few receipts.

The lady I asked about a month ago said she didn't know if they'd be doing the price match at the registers in store because it is online now, but next time I go I will ask someone besides an hourly cashier who may or may not know about the in store price match at the registers. I can't imagine that's true because not everyone has a computer of course! I think whoever I asked was wrong.

Even if you price match the Savings Catcher might find something else and give you an e gift card!

Your guess is as good as mine.
