I won a $10.00 gift card and got an email around the 10th of Jan. saying they were sending it out and I still haven't received it. I'm outside when the mailman comes every day waiting! Do they usually take this long? Anyone know if I'm just being impatient or should I contact them? Thanks for the help! Also last night I won a $25.00 gc in the American Express Winter Wonder Win thing. How do you get those? I just started sweeping and don't know much about how you get your prizes. I know the thing that pops up after you win says you'll get an email telling you how to claim it and I got the email but it didn't say if they were going to mail it or what? I read the rules and it didn't tell you there either???? April
 
:sunny: First let me welcome you to the world of sweeping and to SA! It is certainly exciting to win. The secret to sweeping is to be persistant, consistant and patient. Most prizes do not get sent out until 6 to 8 weeks after the sweeps have ended. I have been sweeping for about 10 years. During that time I think the longest was about a year to receive although that is unusual. I also have won thousands of times and can only remember about 2 that I never received. Just sit back and relax and about the time you have forgotten about it the prize shows up. Also watch the Mailman Alert thread to see when others are getting their prizes. Best of Luck to you!

Yeah, I won one, too. Still waiting. It takes a while though. I'm using it to get some spring flowers, so I got some time. :)
 
This isnt gonna help you any, but...I won the $5 and $10 cards near the middle of this IW game and then received them about the 3rd week of Dec. About the first week of Jan. I received emails telling me they had been shipped and to expect them in a week or ten days (I already received them!). They gave out thousands of these so I'm sure they wont all ship at once so be patient. I'm sure yours WILL get to you. Any time you get a ship notice, keep it until you get your prize. Some contest admins are better than others when it comes time to ship prizes and thats something else to remember. I won a Wii and some games in Sept. and the Wii arrived 6 weeks later. (I called that fast delivery) The games that I won with it came Jan. 4th. (not fast delivery). Good Luck and dont give up. I've been sweeping 7 months now and the first thing I had to learn was patience! (I still run to the door when fedex or ups turns down my street though!) :)
 
Welcome to the FUN land of sweeping and I TOO won 2 home depot crads one for 10 and one for 5... I think BUT I too have already received them Most prizes usually SAY that the prize wins will ship out 6 - 8 weeks AFTER promotion ends. May I suggest u keep a folder in your email acct. and put all the email confirmations re: ALL prize wins. This way u can delete them when they come, u can periodically check them to see if they r due and/or late and most of the wins I have come from eprize and I have ALWAYS gotten responses from them as to what is going on w/my win. They investigate and let me know . I find if u r friendly to them, they r friendly and helpful back. I actually forward them their email confirmation and ask do u know why I havent rec'd this yet... and they reply asap. This way u always know who is handling the prize etc.

I just got my $10 home depot card from this sweep. I think it was friday - Jan 29.

I received my cards yesterday. I won the $10 and $5 ones... It does come in an envelope that looks like junk mail though...... good luck!
