This is the response i got from Belvedere when they didnt send my necklace...

We apologize for the delay in the delivery of your prize. To Make up for it, we will be sending you Belvedere snap bracelets and sticker.

Unfortunately, due to such a high volume of players and prizes won, we are unable to award the exact prize in every instance, as referenced in our Terms and Conditions (term 24) so instead of the Jagger dagger necklace, we sent you a Belvedere Lemon Tea Bag.

Didnt i get the LEMON prize.....went from a prize only 58 won to a crap bag 400 people won....thanks but no thanks.
Ill probably return to sender.

Sorry im ranting i feel very disappointed.
 
Sorry for your disappointment. Luckily for all of us that this is a rarity in sweeping. Most sponsors would send something better if the original prize wasn't available. A tea bag is more like a free sample IMO. Glad I didn't waste too much time playing that one.
 
That is not cool! Was that the instant win that you clicked on balls hanging on the trees? I remember how time consuming that one was. I played everyday, but never won anything.
 
Wow,so sorry to hear about that and if I were you i'd sue them because there maybe a lawsuit that could be won for them not sending you what you won
