:cry: Do you ever wonder "What am I doing here with my time?" This has been a bad month for sweeping and I am in need of some good wins to keep going. Don't get me wrong, I have won a lot of good stuff since I started sweeping 1 1/2 yrs ago, but these last couple of months have just been horrible, especially the instants. Those were always my favorites and without them, I may not have continued, but this is just bad! April has brought me a water bottle and an enchanted phone call from the instants. And daily's got me a $25 Dollar General gc. I know that is something and I should be thankful, and I am, but I have never had such a bad month with them. :cry: Okay, I am whining. I know, but sometimes I know that whining helps to turn things around. It is getting to the point (Heaven forbid) that I don't want to even do any sweeps! Okay... thanks for listening. I will stop whining and finish sweeping... I know, in the end, eventually, things will change... Good luck to all! Thanks for letting me vent! :cry:
 
Venting is good! I have done it many times...and there have been times when I have quit entering sweeps and just played on the forums ~ sometimes we all need a break! Don't get down on yourself...you are just normal!

The instants are being SO hateful right now that you would have to have the optimism of a Saint not to be a little shaken! We all know how good it was at times before this year, and that is really getting a lot of us down! Take a break if you need to, but don't give up! We like seeing ya here!!!
 
I feel for ya cause I have felt that way too! It's hard when you see so many prizes and games and cant win! But I try to think when I am not winning that I cant lose FOREVER and it eventually does come around!
 
I have felt this way often, especially when there's a stupid game to play with childish graphics and I have things to do. I try to get up from the chair and do something else and when I return to it I'm not as bothered by it.

Bad month for me, too. This thing seems to go in cycles.
 
I agree, the instants are being very selfish lately.

Nothing like the Quaker Superman Instant or the V8 Splash instant, and on those you could win more than once. (I definitely know the V8 splash was more than once.)
I've just recently came out of a long drought. I won an enchanted phone call, a Mandy Moore CD, and a 3M credential holder ( i don't know what it was, but the retail value is $1.10. ) . Nothing compared to last year's instants, though.


It comes full circle eventually. when it does, I'm hoping it comes in a tidal wave for eveyone. All you can do is cross your fingers and continue to play and remember people are winning those prizes, it could very well be you in the winner's circle.

Whats bad about the instants going now are that they have few prizes and no winners or alot of prizes and few winners and they are sloooooow. I dont remember so many instants at one time being so time consuming. drives me crazy. :cussing:
 
I totally agree with you. I think there are 9 or 10 pages of instants, and even with the roboform, it's still taking it's time,

I guess mainly cause of the Eprize Caffeine ones, those don't accept roboform, and you have to manually type in your email and password, but, there are alot of them, and that can be time consuming.

also, I notice alot of sweeps now have verification codes, so even if you use roboform, you still have to manually type in the verification code,

and also, alot of sweeps now have "post a comment to enter". I'm coming across alot of them. at first i didn't mind, but, within the past week, there was a whole slew of them, it became time consuming.
 
I'm with ya. My wins are sure not paying for the time right now. I need to win something good to feel like this is worth my time lately. I sure hope something comes soon for all of us soon! Best of luck! :wave:
 
:sunny: I wish I had an answer for y'all on why you aren't winning. I can't say that I'm not winning. I do know that regardless of whether I am winning or not I do keep a positive attitude. Sponsors don't seem to be giving away as many prizes and there are more people entering for them everyday. When entering is no longer fun or you feel like you are wasting time that you would have spent doing something more important to you, then it's time to take a break.
Stay positive, be consistant and persistant!
 
:) Thank you all for listening. It is nice to know the instants are being hateful to more than just me. I am going to try to stay positive. I feel some better. I stayed off the computer all day and worked in the yard - it was a beautiful day. Hope we all get on a winning roll soon!
