Thanks in advance for your help, these forums have been very helpful, but now I have a problem and I hope someone can help. Last night, I won a $25 gift card for Gap in the Tide with Bleach instant game. My first instant win (only my third win in 9 months) but anyway the screen said I would recieve an email explaining how to get my prize. That was almost 12 hours ago and it hasn't come yet. Is there anything I can do? Could I contact Tide, I haven't closed the screen. Thanks.

The email may take a couple of days to be delivered, or you may get no email at all. A couple of times I won things, and was promised an email, but didn't get the mail. You might win things and get no email, just a prize delivered without notice.

Contests are run by people and computers - all prone to breakdown.

congrats :smt003 thats a hard one to win. dont get discouraged. Some emails take reallllly long to get to ya. I think they like to torture us. They know we are just sitting here waiting for it. checking our email fifty times. :smt003 good luck to ya. Hope ya have many more wins.
