You need to follow the instruction in the email. It should have a line in there that reads

"Please respond by reply with a delivery address and contact number and we'll make sure your winning jewel is winging its way over to you. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver your prize to any address containing a P.O. Box number - so bear that in mind."

Make sure you do that and you're all set. You should receive it about a month or so after that. At least that's how long it was for my win from them
