You could nominate a volunteer fire department to win a Pancake Kit to use as a fundraiser. Pancake mix, jars of Nutella and more. I nominated our local rural volunteer fire department. Needed a contact person and since my son-in-law is assistant fire chief I used him. They called him to tell him our FD was one of the winners. The lady told him someone had nominated them and he said I told her I have a pretty good idea who. This was a very nice surprise.
