(I think I'm the first person I've seen that's gotten something other than a food item.)
 
I have won 3 fries, a sundae and a small drink. I too was only able to submit one form and am curious as to how or if they are going to keep track of my winnings and send a gift card at the conclusion of the sweeps.

I agree - the rules are a bit unclear. It says you can enter once per day, but I can only use one email address per win. Are we allowed to use different email addresses for each form?
 
I'm up to 3 or 4 French Fries by now. Guess I'm cornering the market. Hopefully I will win a burger or drink soon to round it out.

Hi Amy: I got an answer from Burger King as follows after I told them I had problems with the app. The link leads to the redemption form. I put stars around the next line since a lot of us were asking if we had to submit our info every time we won. They say we don't.
