Won AARP but..........

I won two $25.00 American Express gift cards from "AARP: Win and Do Good Sweeps" on April 22nd. They said it would take 8-10 weeks to ship. 10 weeks has come and gone so I emailed e-prize and "Brittany" said they were sorry for the delay and didn't have a date that it would be fulfilled.

Any suggestions? Should I contact AARP? Are there rules about this?
 
I won on this also, and have been waiting about the same as you!! I've heard from someone else it took 5 months to get theirs from a promotion before this one!! UGH...
 
:sunny: Eprize is the fulfillment company for AARP so it wouldn't do any good to contact AARP. Eprize is waiting on AARP to send them the prizes so that they can mail them. Sweeping is a waiting game. Although most prizes do come in a timely fashion, sometimes you play the waiting game. I have waited over a year for a prize to be fulfilled. Just hang in there, eventually you will get your prize.
 
won also and have been trying to be paitent..as long as they come through ill be happy..sometimes prizes seem to disappear :scratch:
