Instant wins are not limited. I've won 5 or 6 times.
The thing is, though, from what I understand, the only way to win the notebook is by using the codes you get for the Gogo flight internet session. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the notebook is an instant win prize you get for buying/using a code for the session.
