won from Kmart

I started doing the syw instants a few months ago. I used them on 3 different orders. Every order they got wrong....sent the completely wrong item and wouldn't send the correct item until I returned the one they sent, they also sent me a size 8 in pajamas when I ordered a 10, and the last item they never applied my points and charged my Visa the full amount. Not worth the aggravation. Sears/ Kmart just lost a customer. The girl I spoke with from their customer service was not helpful at all and very hard to understand, it sounded like they were having a party in the background.
 
Congrats..If it is Sears, I usually get an email that said I won. If I click on the email to play again and it goes back to their site, then my points are added.
 
Something must have happened because I won 1,000 points, 3,000 points and 10,000 points last night on the shop your way instant wins.
 
Congrats. I won points early this morning and they did not show up until this afternoon.
