So there I am minding my own business, playing the Coke Sweepstakes text to win game and it pulls up the congrats screen, which is always good news, but this time it looks a little different---because it doesnt say Ive won the $25 gc I was hoping for, it says "$10,000 scholarship" !!!!!!!!!

I gotta say, my mind was not prepared for that......for me, instant wins are always about "little stuff" tshirts, movie tickets, gift cards of relatively small amounts......This totally took my breath away!!!!
So Ive printed off the affadavit, and all that....Ive actually also sent them a question of whether or not they would be wiling to do a cash option on it for a reduced amount.....I mean, I LOVE the idea of being able to use it for my kids college, but in these economic times, the money would be a huge blessing too....and besides that, I have three children, and Im not sure which one I give the scholarship to without making the other two feel left out :laughing: The rules didnt say anything specifically about cash options that I could see, so I figured it wouldnt hurt to ask anyway.....

When I read your post....I almost cried. Yes, I hope they substitute cash because I understand the comment on these economic times. Keep us informed. Congratulations!

But let's face the hard cold realities of life .... :crazytongue: They aren't gonna give you cash, keep dreaming LOL. I even doubt they will transfer it to your kids. :cry:
