If I am reading correctly, she enters her mother into sweepstakes which is ok if she has permission from her mother to enter her. I read this awhile back when people got scared from the big eprize blacklist thing. I can understand entering your dh, kids or even your mother but, not tons of people or several email addy's under your name. That is my opinion. I do dh's sweeps sometimes when he is working.
