I understand your frustration. My advice would be to decompress. They screwed up. Power of positive thinking, i.e., happy things could happen on the trip but you have to have happy thoughts to have a great vacation. Positive attracts positive, negative attracts negative. Have you had a chance to read the Secret by Rhonda Byrne? It is so true. Read it before your trip. Things might turn around for you.
