Can't Contact support

Sweepstakes Plus Subscriber
Anyone having issues trying to contact support when I try putting in tickets sends me to some portal and then asks for login and tells me account is suspended??
 
That was 1 of 2 help desk systems that we no longer need. All support tickets go here now.


*You have to have at least the SA login to submit tickets.
