Prayer Of The Day

Thank you Father for laughter. We need to just let our troubles go sometimes and laugh. I believe God has a sense of humor and we need to laugh rather than cry Amen. Laugh today and enjoy the humor in life.
 
Let us lift up our hands unto the Lord and worship him. Can you think of a better way to start your day. We should all agree to start each morning in worship and see how at peace we feel. Who needs food or drink when we have spiritual nourishment. Be filled with his glory and his food. These are spiritual things and if you do not know Christ you will not understand them.

God is my source and my strength. He is my refuge. He is my shelter. He is my best friend.

I pray your day is going well. No matter what is going on around you it can always go well if we choose to make it so. God gives us free will to choose between good and evil. We can use this same way of thinking in all of the situations in our life. Lets face it life is just one big choice. Choose wisely.
 
Let us lift up the name of the most high God.

Please be encouraged today for he is in control and there is nothing that you are facing that he does not already know the outcome. He knows every hair on your head and every waking moment he is right beside you. You are his child and he is your father. He loves you.
 
Be blessed and be a blessing. I say that often and it means we should bless others. Be a cheerful giver. Give and ye shall recieve. God loves a cheerful giver.
 
I can not tell you how important fellowship is. As Christians we need to lift up one another and encourage one another. God has blessed me through this site to find people who share my love of Jesus and who long to see him. Let us come together to be brothers and sisters Amen.
 
The righteous and just shall inherit the earth and be with God forever. It is what God commands. We need to obey him and follow his statutes. He knows we are human and we sometimes stumble but that is why Christ died for us. We are washed in the blood of Jesus and we are clean Amen. Worship him and praise him. He is worthy.

It's very powerful and it will happen. We don't know when but we do know for sure it is going to happen because his word tells us so. I say come Lord Jesus come. Watch therefore and be ready for we know not when he will return.

You are so welcome :sunny: I love scripture and I love my God who also loves me. We can do all things with Christ by our side. No matter what we are facing we are not facing it alone. I have seen God's love for me at work in my life. There is no doubt in my mind that he is walking beside me and he lifts me in his arms when I fall. Let us all run to him and embrace him with our hearts. He is worthy Amen.
 
When all else fails just say the name Jesus. After the tears , after the fear and after you've prayed the best way you know how. Just call upon the name Jesus. There is power in that name and it is ours for the taking. Amen
 
Reading the post about quilts needed for preemies made me think about how our lives are like patchwork quilts. We are joined together by the many patterns of our experiences. We can be sewn together to make a finished product of beauty. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder and God is the one who sees us as a finished work Amen.
