:sunny: All I know is that when I watch my trans fats, eat more fiber and excercise my cholesterol drops. I will always have high cholesterol thanks to my genetics but can help reduce them to a safer level.

Correction: Feb. 16, 2006
A front-page article on Feb. 8 about a new study finding that low-fat diets have no effect on the risk of cancer or heart disease misstated the incidence of breast cancer among women in the study. It was 42 per 10,000 per year in women in the low-fat-diet group, compared with 45 per 10,000 in women consuming their regular diet not per 1,000. (The difference was deemed statistically insignificant.)
