Grow Hoss Get Dirty Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and New York) and the District of Columbia who are eighteen years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Grow Hoss, Inc. (Sponsor), Realtime Media LLC (Administrator), their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies, immediate family members (spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in‑laws, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren and their spouses) and anyone living in the same household (sharing residence at least three months per year) are not eligible. If a household uses more than five unique email addresses, all entries from that household may be disqualified. The sweepstakes is void where prohibited, including Alaska, Hawaii, New York, and where law forbids it. The official period begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 30, 2026; the Sponsor’s computer clock is the official time‑keeping device. There are two ways to earn entries. A. Purchase: During the sweepstakes period you earn one entry for each whole $1 spent on an eligible purchase at https://growhoss.com after providing your full name, email address, and birth date. During each 2X Bonus Weekend (September 25‑27, 2026; October 16‑18, 2026; November 13‑15, 2026) you earn two entries per whole $1 spent. Entries are based on the list price of the purchase (excluding discounts, sales tax, shipping, and after any gift‑certificate credit). Returned purchases void the associated entries. Purchases must be completed before the sweepstakes ends and are subject to verification. Fraudulent activity, including purchasing items to obtain entries and then returning them, will result in disqualification and a ban from future Sponsor sweepstakes. B. Free alternate entry: Hand‑print your full name, mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), email, phone number, and birth date on a plain 3×5 in. paper and mail it to Realtime Media, Attn: Get Dirty Sweepstakes (12568) Entry, 2460 General Armistead Ave, STE 209, West Norriton, PA 19403 in a hand‑addressed, stamped envelope. Each mailed entry receives one entry; to receive two entries during a 2X Bonus Weekend, write “2X Bonus Weekend” on the envelope and ensure the postmark falls within the bonus weekend or the first business day after. Mail‑in entries must be postmarked no later than December 1, 2026 and received by December 5, 2026. The Sponsor is not responsible for postage‑due, illegible, or incorrect entries. Automated, scripted, or otherwise non‑manual entries are void. The Administrator will conduct a random drawing on or about December 8, 2026 to select one potential winner from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified by email (or other contact information provided) in a commercially reasonable time after the drawing. Notification is deemed effective upon sending the email. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within three days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, up to three alternates. The winner must sign and return a declaration of eligibility, release of liability, and prize acceptance agreement within three days of notification. For Alabama or Nebraska residents under nineteen, a parent or legal guardian must also sign.
