American Idol

I still like the rockers and michael johns but that kid last night was soooo good. I think he will win this thing. also, Since the beginning I have been trying to figure out who Luke Menard looks like. been driving me nuts. It hit me last night... Bruce Campbell...ahhh, I feel better.
 
I hate knowing that someone looks like someone also :laughing: Jason Castro looks like one of my good friends daughters ~ Lacy :laughing: It isn't the hair either ~ it is in the face...it was driving me nuts until I figured it out. It was harder because it was a guy/girl thing!!

I thought Chikezie had a good night last night. Thank goodness I can remember his name ~lol!!

I agree that my SIL should win! I think he is like a step above everyone else ~ they just don't compare. Sorta like Kelly Clarkson the first year ~ she was just sorta out of everyone else's league :headbang:

I do believe that my SIL knows that he is really good and is trying to act humble ~ I hope he can hold it in and not make people think he is snotty!

A recap of Tuesday's American Idol guys:

David Hernandez: Outstanding performance! Loved the vocals and the song choice. Cute guy!

Chikezie: very nice performance! Great comeback from last week.

David Cook: another rock performance. Not a bad job.

Jason Yeager: nice performance. Stong vocals. Another cute guy.

Robbie Carrico: his performance rocked! :headbang: His song was "Hot Blooded" by Foreigner. Good vocals!

David Archuleta: wow! :love: One of my two babycakes for this season. He was beautiful! Awesome! Made me cry a tear or two. Such a beautiful rendition of John Lennon's "Imagine".

Danny Noriega: babycakes! :love: Nice vocals -- love his smooth voice!

Luke Menard: nice song choice. Great job! This is his second Queen performance.

Jason Castro: decent performance. Hate the dreadlocks...they need to go!

Michael Johns: pitchy; off-key in places.

Most of the girls were really bad last night! That Amanda was scary! She looked like a werewolf and her song was terrible.

That Brooke did a good job, but I HATE Carly Simon's music! Don't throw stones ~ I hate Stevie Nicks also :laughing:

Now, if you really want some ground-breaking gay porn on mainstream cable...watch a few episodes of Queer As Folk! :headbang: This series rocks, and is a great portryal of many aspects of the gay community (the good, the bad, and the ugly).

I only like carly and ramille??sp.. the really short girl. I liked amanda at first but wth?? She really was awful the other night.
